Telegram alerts for the channels you follow.

LetMeKnowBot monitors YouTube channels and sends Telegram notifications when new videos, Shorts, premieres, scheduled lives or live streams appear.

What LetMeKnowBot does now

YouTube monitoring

Users can add YouTube channels by name, handle, URL or channel ID and receive notifications when new content is detected.

Videos, Shorts and live events

The bot tracks normal uploads, Shorts, premieres, scheduled livestreams and live starts with dedicated workers.

Telegram destinations

Notifications can be sent to a private chat. Paid plans support multiple destinations per subscription, including groups and channels where the bot is an administrator.

User settings

Each user can configure language, timezone, quiet hours, silent notifications, thumbnails, digest times and notification defaults.

Digests and history

Users can review recent notification history and use daily or weekly digest delivery instead of immediate alerts.

Service health

The bot exposes a health endpoint, keeps worker status, records recent service errors and supports uptime monitoring.

Google and YouTube data

Current status

The YouTube import structure exists in the application, but the public button is hidden while Google OAuth brand verification is not complete.

Intended use

When enabled, Google sign-in will request the youtube.readonly permission only to read the user's YouTube subscription list during an import requested by the user.

LetMeKnowBot does not publish, edit or delete Google or YouTube data. Google OAuth tokens are used only for the import process and are not stored.

What is planned next

More platforms

Twitch, Kick, TikTok and X are planned as future monitoring sources after the YouTube system is stable at scale.

YouTube account import

After Google verification or a verified custom domain is available, users will be able to import their YouTube subscriptions from their Google account.

More automation

Future releases may include better category tools, richer digests, priority rules and more detailed service diagnostics.
